We can core holes in your basement for utilities, quickly and affordably. We offer concrete scanning services that will ensure that when we core a hole in your home for electrical, plumbing etc., that we do not inadvertently hit objects or wiring hidden or buried in or below the concrete.

Our huge inventory of core drills and bits, combined with our team of trained coring technicians, we can ensure a quick response to your call and that we are fully equipped for the job when we arrive. We have one of the most experienced coring teams in town and affordable rates to help make your home renovation go smoothly.

Back Filling & Compaction Services

We know that removing concrete is just the start of most projects. Our team has excavation services available to backfill any holes with landscaping materials, as well as compaction equipment to make sure the ground is level prior to us leaving site. 

Compacting the soil is a must for those that will be building on the jobsite. Compaction will reduce the likelihood of the soil settling when you least expect it. If you are pouring a new driveway, or replacing the concrete, compaction is a crucial in providing a strong working platform  so that you can avoid structure failure. 

CanWest has a wide variety of compaction equipment for small, medium, and large compaction projects. We can fit the equipment in tight spaces, or use larger equipment in outdoor settings to be able to quickly compact a larger portion of soil.
