Shop Mechanic
Essential responsibilities and job duties to include:
- Checking engine oil in vehicles and equipment
- Servicing fleet vehicles, equipment, and immediate work area
- Maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Repairing diesel engines, and various others
- Move tools, equipment and materials as required
- Welding, electrical, and trailers
Qualifications and Requirements
- NO TICKET REQUIRED
- Experience repairing or working with diesel engines is a must
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have a class 5 license or greater
- Must have your own tools
- Welding and wiring break experience is preferred
- Experience working on excavation equipment is preferred

Shop Hand
Duties will include:
- Checking engine oil in vehicles and equipment
- Deliveries to site
- Helping mechanics
- Cleaning up around shop/yard
- Basic maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Move tools, equipment, and materials as required
- General handyman responsibilities
Requirements
- NO TICKET REQUIRED
- Be able to lift 50 lbs +
- Be okay with bending, crouching and kneeling
- Reliable team player
- Must be okay working an early start time – 5:30am
- Experience in a similar position is preferred
- Willingness to learn a trade
- Be able to take direction and work independently
